Tetris Effect comes out October 8 for the Nintendo Switch. It concerns the Connected version, which appeared last year and adds multiplayer modes to the Tetris variant. The game supports cross platform multiplayer.
Tetris Effect publisher Enhance announced the release during the Nintendo Indie World Showcase. The game will be released on October 8 for the Nintendo Switch. The game will be released on the same day as the upcoming Nintendo Switch variant with an OLED screen and the game Metroid: Dread.
Tetris Effect: Connected features co-op for up to three players and a competitive multiplayer mode, both playable online and locally. Enhance says the Nintendo Switch version will include support for cross-platform multiplayer, allowing Switch users to play against Xbox, PC and PlayStation players as well.
