Wine is back on its bi-weekly release schedule, only the celebratory 1.0 release was an exception, as version 1.1.0 was released on Friday. Wine is an open source implementation of the Windows api and makes it possible to run DOS and Windows programs on Linux, Freebsd and Mac OS X, among others. The database with applications that work under Wine now contains more than 10,000 titles that can run without problems or with a few minor adjustments. • Many Richedit fixes and improvements.
• Support for HWND_MESSAGE windows.
• A lot of new MSHTML functions.
• Many fixes in MSI registry handling.
