Download WindowBlinds 4.6

The developers of Stardock released a new version of WindowBlinds yesterday. It is version 4.6 and a test version is from here to download. This program allows you to completely customize the appearance of Windows 98, Me, 2000 and XP. A changelog was not available at the time of writing, but the following can be read on the Stardock website about this release:

The new version of WindowBlinds adds the ability to have alpha blended “glow” effects for title bar buttons, push buttons, and other controls. When a user mouse-overs a control in a visual style that makes use of this feature, a glow effect appears that can go outside the window (ie it’s really cool looking). 4.6 also has a number of tweaks to further increase performance and reduce memory use.[break]
