Download UseBB 1.0.7

The developers behind UseBB have just released the seventh update to the 1.0 codebase of this open source bulletin board program. UseBB is intended for a website with a small to medium-sized group of visitors and is developed in PHP and MySQL and is therefore platform independent. UseBB 1.0 is back in mid-2004 and the development team is currently hard at work on version 2.0. They have joined the’Go PHP 5‘ program and will soon make the switch to version 5.2 of this programming language. In version 1.0.7 the following changes have been made:

Changes include but are not limited to:

• added an (random math based or custom) anti-spam question feature against spam bots;
• added a security measure which generates a new session ID when logging in/out;
• fixed a few minor bugs found since version 1.0.6.
