While the Windows and Linux versions have already been declared stable, Mac users still have to make do with a beta of version 7.0 of TeamViewer. This program allows remote management of other computers via a secure VPN connection. TeamViewer is available for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Android and iPhone, but the development for the different platforms is not the same. New in version 7 includes the ability to start meetings, which can now have up to 25 participants, before there are participants, and meeting invitations can be sent directly from an email program. It is also easier to share documents during meetings and a meeting or presentation can be recorded. The changelog for this release shows the following changes and improvements:
