Skype has released a minor update to version 5.5 of its voip client for Windows. With Skype it is possible to communicate with other Skype users by means of text, speech or image, or a combination thereof, via an internet connection. Since version 5.0 it is possible to set up a video conference call with a maximum of ten people, but there is a Premium Subscription required. Furthermore, the Facebook News Feed is integrated into the program and there is Skype Home, a place where you can indicate your mood, change your profile and find new contacts. In version 5.5, the conversation window has been made clearer, various improvements have been made to the video section and the Facebook integration has been expanded. This update fixes an issue with automatic login and includes a newer version of the Google toolbar.
