In the submit, Klovan left the following mess: “A new version of SecureW2 is out. This is a program for connecting to 802.1x networks, both wireless and wired networks. SecureW2 is used in many colleges and universities to wirelessly connect to the network at the school. Here is a list of the colleges and universities that use this program.” The latest version of SerureW2 is numbered 2.00 and has the following release notes:

A new feature in this version is the use of Inner EAP. SecureW2 can now use EAP modules installed on the local computer to authenticate the user. SecureW2 sets up a secure TLS tunnel and the inner EAP module can securely authenticate the user without having to worry about the identity of the communication line.
