Software update: Scribus 1.3.3.14

Scribus is an open source desktop publishing program. The program can be used for editing and formatting documents for printing, among other things, which can then be saved as a PDF or postscript document. For an overview of the different options, we refer you to this page. The developers have released version 1.3.3.14, which can be downloaded as source code or compiled for various flavors of Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows, among others.
