Entech Taiwan has released version 3.89 build 672 of PowerStrip. This program is a handy all-in-one tool to tweak the video card and display. For example, it is possible to adjust the refresh rate of the screen step by step and to overclock the video memory. Non-standard resolutions can also be added, for example for use with a widescreen television or a beamer. We don’t get much wiser from the changelog, because the three versions that have appeared in the Meuktracker since the previous entry all only speak of ‘Maintenance release’.
