Download PassMark BurnInTest 6.0 build 1017

PassMark Software has released version 6.0 build 1017 of BurnInTest. This program puts the various parts of the computer to work in order to test the reliability and stability of the system. The software is available in a standard version and a professional edition, the latter of which is available in both a 32-bit and a 64-bit version. The professional edition supports testing of more hardware, including tape drives and the parallel and serial ports plus the USB ports. In addition, the memory tests in the Pro version are more extensive. More information about the differences between them is on this page to find. In this release, the following changes have been made to the program:

Changes in version 6.0 build 1017:

• Change for Intel CPUs supporting Turbo mode, for non-turbo speed measurement.
• If there is more than 1 USB test specified, but there are less USB loopback plugs attached than specified, an error will be generated (almost) immediately.
• If stop on error is specified, a script will now stop on a no operations error at the end of an individual “RUN” scripted command.
• Corrected the handling if a log file directory could not be created.
• Added CPU information for new Intel Xeon CPUs.
• New debug logging added to WIN64 BurnInTest PRO (previously in WIN32 PRO).
