After last week’s first release candidate of Opera 11.51, there’s a second one appeared with which one more mistake was corrected, but now the final has also appeared. Opera has browsers for all major computing platforms and for a variety of mobile operating systems. The browser offers tabs, can be controlled with mouse gestures, has an embedded download manager and offers protection against phishing and malware. Not only can you surf with Opera, but you can also send e-mails; there is a built-in bittorrent client and you can chat via irc or with Opera’s own developed social network Unite. Version 11.50 includes improvements to speed dial and password synchronization, and several improvements to the Presto layout engine. Version 11.51 is a maintenance release and mainly contains bug fixes. The full list of changes since 11.50 can be found below:

- The text for agreeing to Opera’s Terms of service seems to jumps if you click “Terms of Service” and then back again.
