Download NewsReactor build 9053

NewsReactor is a newsreader for usenet groups and can easily download the files that are offered there. Support is provided for Smart UU, Base64 and decoding yEnc with error correction. Furthermore, it is also possible to set the bandwidth used. DaanSystems is busy developing the aforementioned program and has released build 9053 with the following changes since the previous entry in the junk tracker:
