Anonymous: 114486 has managed to put together a new version of NET Traffic Meter to make and this one available as version 1.8.1772 posed† This program logs the amount of data sent through an internet pipe, network card or dial-up modem. A graph can be plotted from the stored values or placed in a database so that a graphical representation of the data traffic can be generated. Before NET Traffic Meter can be used, you must first .Net Framework 1.1 to be installed. Posted below are the changes of the new 1.8.1772 release:

Ability to close a program when an alarm goes off

New monitor engine

New installation system

New online update system

Less memory usage (~16mb on test configurations)

Start wizard my new installation

Shutdown is now smoother when SQL Live Update is active

Improved alarm popup window

All kinds of bug fixes [break]
