Download Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 11
The development of version 4.0 of Mozilla’s Firefox web browser has now reached its eleventh beta release. In version 4, the appearance has been overhauled, among other things. For example, the tabs are now placed at the top and there is a Firefox button under Windows Vista and 7, as is also the case for Opera. Furthermore, there is full support for WebM, WebGL and multitouch displays, and support for html 5 and css 3 has been improved. In beta 11, the ‘Do Not Track’ button has been added and WebGL works again in Linux. The full changelog looks like this:
What’s New in this Firefox 4 Beta
- Support for the proposed Do Not Track (“DNT”) header
- Connection status messages are now shown in a small overlay
- WebGL has been re-enabled on Linux
- The default homepage design has been refreshed
- Firefox no longer switches into offline fashion automatically
