Download Miranda IM 0.7.0 peview release 6

Miranda IM is a chat program that can connect to the networks of AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, Jabber and IRC by default. More networks and functionality can be added using plugins, such as a spam filter, additional configuration options, integration with other software and customizing the interface. Yesterday the developers of Miranda IM released the sixth preview release of version 0.7.0 released. In this update, among other things, most of the plugins have been prepared for use in the 0.7.0 branch. The necessary bugs have also been removed from the support of ICQ and Jabber. The release notes look like this:

This release implements an entirely rewritten backend to improve internationalization support. It is therefore highly recommended to run DBTool and use the new “Convert old Unicode messages to UTF8″ feature. Also note that some plugins are no longer compatible with this release and onwards and will not be loaded by the core. Please contact the author of these plugins requesting they be updated.

Note: Do not overwrite your mirandaboot.ini file when upgrading over an existing installation.
