Yesterday there is a new version of Media Player Classic released† This media player for Windows XP/2k and Windows 98/Me can play the most common audio and movie files. MPC builds on the look and idea of Windows Media Player 6: the looks and feels are practically the same as the original. It is unfortunately unknown what has changed in the 6.4.7.2 release.
