A new version of the web browser Maxthon was released on Friday. Maxthon is not a standalone browser, but a so-called wrapper that surrounds Internet Explorer like a shell. The program uses IE’s internal engine to display the web pages, but has its own interface with all kinds of extra functionalityincluding mouse gestures and online bookmarks. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made to the program:
