Software Update: Google Talk

Google has just released version of its chat program Google Talk. This program is based on the Jabber protocol and allows real conversations in addition to text chatting. At this time, Google Talk can only be used by people who have a GMail account, but it is now possible to talk to users outside the Google network. We cannot tell you exactly what has changed in this version since Google always delivers its software without a changelog. Also on the fan site CustomizeTalk not (yet) figured out what has changed.
