Download Futuremark PCMark05 build 1.2.0

The folks at Futuremark have a new version of PCMark05 in the form of build 1.2.0 posted online. The new build can be downloaded as patches and if full version, both of which are 18 and 86 megabytes respectively. PCMark05 is a benchmark program to test the overall performance of a computer. For example, not only the graphics card is subjected to a test, but the processor, hard disks and working memory are also tested. In addition, the system is put to work: video is encoded and sound is converted to a different format. New in PCMark05 build 1.2.0 is support for Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7. In addition, a number of bugs have been removed from the software:

Important Notes:

• PCMark05 Build 1.2.0 is the only supported version of PCMark05. The Online ResultBrowser doesn’t allow any submissions from any of the previous versions of PCMark05.
• PCMark05 Build 1.2.0 is available both as a patch and as a full installation.
• Your current registration codes for PCMark05 works for Build 1.2.0 as well.
