Download FileZilla 2.2.7a

Those looking for an open source FTP client for Windows can’t ignore FileZilla. The free software, like its server brother, is known for its simple structure and extensive feature set. Yesterday a new version of FileZilla was released, number 2.2.7a. The release fixes a number of bugs from version 2.2.7, which appeared last week:

Fixed bugs:

• SSL libs could not be loaded if msvcr71.dll was missing. Removed that dependency.
• File exists actions on transfer page in settings did not work properly
• Fixed regression introduced in 2.2.7 which caused most file operations to use file creation time instead of last modification time
• FileZilla did follow symbolic links if deleting remote files/folders.
