Download eXeem 0.20 public beta

After a number of (leaked) so-called closed betas, the first public beta of eXeem has now been released. It has been given version number 0.20 beta and is available from here are downloaded. This program is intended as the successor to the immensely popular BitTorrent protocol. However, this popularity has meant that a number of large websites where torrent files could be retrieved have been taken off the air or have chosen their own eggs for their money. With eXeem, these kinds of central websites and servers are no longer necessary. The first public test version of this program comes without a changelog, but the following can be read on the website:

eXeem is a brand new Peer-To-Peer program, which is based on the BitTorrent idea. eXeem eliminates the need for trackers as nodes in the program will be taking their role. eXeem also features easy publication of files to the network as well as a rating and comments system. eXeem contains NO SPYWARE. eXeem is free and is ad-supported. eXeem is currently still in its beta testing phase, which means that the network might not be completely stable yet. You are still very welcome to give eXeem a try and see how it is different from other Peer-To-Peer programs
