Download eMule 0.44b

Version 0.44b of the peer to peer program eMule has been released. With this program it is possible to connect to the eDonkey2000 and Kademlia network, in order to exchange files with other people. New in this version include a new hashing system to prevent corruption, low-ID support for the Kademlia network so that users can still use the network behind a firewall, and support for Unicode.
