Poikosoft released version 11.6.0 of Easy CD-DA Extractor on Saturday. This program can rip audio CDs, edit MP3 tags, and convert audio files from and to MP3, WMA, OGG, AAC, FLAC, WAV, and Monkey’s Audio, among others. Finally, the software is also capable of burning audio CDs and video DVDs. The new version is currently only for registered users to download, people who want to try the program still get version 11.5.3 dished up. New in version 11.6.0 includes a newer version of the lame mp3 encoder, which should deliver improved sound quality and processing speed. The full changelog for this release is as follows:
