Download DivxToDVD 0.52.99

Contrary to previous promises (or threats), VSO Software has once again released a free version of DivxToDVD. This program, which has now reached version 0.5.2.99, converts an avi, wmv, mov or DivX file to MPEG2 format so that it can be burned as a vob file to a writable DVD disc.
