DivxToDVD converts an avi, wmv, mov or DivX movie to MPEG2 format so that it can be burned as a vob file to a writable DVD disc. The program has recently received an upgrade from the developers at VSO-Software to version 0.2.0, which is available as an installation file via this link can be downloaded. What the people of VSO-Software have changed in this release is unfortunately unknown.
