Download CloneCD v2.6.2.1

I was just passing by the CloneCD site and saw that they are raising their weekly update average once again. I’m surprised I haven’t seen anything in the queue yet, because this last update dates from July 18th.

Following is the usual list of innovations:

New features:

• Improved CloneCD NT Kernel Mode Driver (Windows NT/2000 only).
• Added option to perform optimum laser power calibration.

Compatibility fixes and improvements:

• Hardware requirements updated.
• Better support for CD-Writer TDK CDRW8432
• Better support for CD-Writer TDK CDRW121032
• Added support for CD-Writer CREATIVE CD-RW RW8432E (Firmware 1.07 or better required!)
• Attempt to fix problem of “Long Write in Progress” error at the end of the CD with some CD-Writers in SAO mode.

Bug fixes:

• The buffer size and wait buffers full setting and was not saved in 2.6.1.1
