Download Bandwidth Controller 0.18

Bandwidth Controller recently released version 0.18. With this program it is possible to distribute bandwidth on a Windows 2000 or XP computer that shares the Internet among the computers in the network. Filters to accomplish this can be created based on the protocol and port used. The next statement was done on Bandwidth Controller forum about this version:

We have identified the bug that was causing queue lockups in version 0.16. It has been fixed and released as version 0.18.[break]
