3px; height:61px;” title=”Auto Gordian Knot logo (small)” alt=”Auto Gordian Knot logo (small)” /> Only five days ago we announced version 1.73 beta of Auto Gordian Knot and now we are already two versions later.In fact, 1.75 beta was released immediately after 1.74 because there was a bug that put the program in an infinite loop.On the homepage of Auto Gordian Knot we read that so-called ‘Milestones’ have now been introduced.Len0x, the developer behind this piece of software with which a DVD movie to an avi file can be converted in a very easy way, has been complaining about the lack of donations for some time.A milestone is the introduction of new functionality, but this is only released if one of predetermined amount of donations are received.The first milestone is a test.Once more than $200 is received, the following three features will be implemented:

• DTS support
• external text subs support
• check for updates on startup

As always, a beta version must be installed over the last version declared stable, in this case 1.60. The changelog of the last two beta releases looks like this:

• fixed bug when AutoGK puts itself in the loop after the first pass (again)

1.74 beta

• fixed bug when AutoGK increases width above max
• when increasing resolution AutoGK is able to switch matrix back to sharp one
• removed SSE2 version of RemoveGrain
• KernelDeInt updated to version 1.5.2
• autoscroll of log area has been improved
