Download ATi Catalyst 6.6 beta ‘hotfix Oblivion’
The developers of ATi have released a new ‘Chuck’ patch that can be used in conjunction with Catalyst 6.6. This Chuck patch was not made to get the ‘überl33te’ Chuck Norris on your computer, but this update makes it possible to use High Dynamic Range in the game ‘The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion’ in combination with anti-aliasing. The developers of ATi have also ensured that two video cards in CrossFire setup can apply Alternate Frame Rendering. The patch for Oblivion is available from this page be downloaded for Windows XP x64 and the Windows 2000 and Windows XP combo. ATi says that The Chuck Patch is a proof-of-concept and that a number of bugs are still unresolved. Contrary to what we wrote before, the list of known issues is still the same length and consists of the same open bugs:
