Ahead’s Nero is one of the most popular collection of burning programs in the world. The software has been running for quite some time and we have now reached version 6. The demo version of the software comes in three packages, which include Nero Burning ROM, Nero Express, Nero Cover Designer and Nero Image Drive. Everything you might need according to the manufacturer while using (writable) CDs and DVDs.

In the latest release, 6.0.0.15, another big ditch has changed. The changelog looks like this:

Features Added:

• Added support for copying DVD+R multi-session discs
• Enabled the verify function when burning UDF discs to multiple recorders
• A new compilation type AAC has been added for Nero Express
• Improved usability of Nero BackItUp
• The erase disc dialog of Nero StartSmart can now be minimized
• The “Nero” button which is on the top left of Nero StartSmart will change to “Update” if updates of the installed programs are available
• Implemented keyboard support in Nero StartSmart
