Download Adobe Reader SpeedUp 1.36

Adobe Reader Speed-Up was upgraded to version number 1.36 yesterday. With this program individual components (plug-ins) of Adobe Reader can be switched on or off, so that it will start up a lot faster. In addition, some ‘tweaks’ can also be performed, such as removing the small advertisement in the top right corner, disabling the automatic update function and not showing the so-called ‘splash screen’ during startup. The main change in this release is support for the recently released version 8.0 of Adobe’s Acrobat reader:

Changes in version 1.36:

• Added: Auto-detection for v8 or Reader/Acrobat. Should be OK until v11.
• Added: Hungarian translation
• Other: Replaced original Polish translation with a new working version
