Lenovo announces dualsim tablet LePad A2107
Lenovo has announced its first dual SIM tablet in its home country of China. It is a tablet that runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and has a screen diagonal of 7 inches.
In the highly competitive tablet market, manufacturers are having trouble distinguishing themselves with products. Lenovo is now trying with a tablet with two SIM card slots, so users can use different carriers without having to switch SIMs.
For now, the Le Pad A2107 only seems to come out in China, where the tablet was announced this week, according to GSMInsider. The tablet does not have impressive specifications. The touchscreen is capacitive and offers a resolution of 1024×600. The soc is a cheap MTK6575 single core with Cortex A9 core running 1GHz. There is also 1GB of memory and 16GB of storage memory. The battery has a capacity of 3550mAh. The 7″ tablet weighs 400 grams and has a thickness of 11.5 mm. On the front, the camera has a capacity of 3 megapixels, on the back it is two megapixels.
