‘Instagram is working on a feature that will keep stories visible for seven days’

Instagram appears to be working on a new feature that will keep stories visible for seven days. The feature was named My Week. It is not clear whether the functionality will also make it into the final version of Instagram.

Developer Alessandro Paluzzi has on X shared a screenshot of the Instagram app in which the function is presented. From that screenshot, it also appears that users will be able to delete stories and add stories to their carousel. Instagram has not yet officially announced the feature.
