ING has a malfunction with internet banking – update

ING has a malfunction with its My ING service for internet banking. Users cannot log in to the website. The outage occurs in the private and business environment, but the app is not affected by the issues.

ING confirms the malfunction via its website and via the web care on Twitter. Allestoringen also shows that the number of complaints from customers about, among other things, not being able to log in to Mijn ING rose sharply from about 5 p.m.

Mijn ING Private and Mijn ING Zakelijk are not accessible due to the problems. The bank cannot yet say when the problems will be solved. There is no malfunction with Mobile Banking, the ING app.

Update: the malfunction was resolved on Thursday evening.
