Images and details of an unannounced GoPro Hero 10 Black have leaked. The action camera would, among other things, get a new processor. The price and release date of the GoPro Hero 10 Black are not yet known.

The focus of the GoPro Hero 10 Black would be the renewed GP2 soc, writes the German tech website WinFuture, which regularly shares correct information about unannounced products. This processor should, among other things, make it possible to record videos with higher frame rates. For example, the action camera could record 5.3k videos at 60fps. 4k recordings would go at up to 120 frames per second and WinFuture is also talking about 2.7k videos at 240fps.

The action camera would also be equipped with a new camera sensor with a slightly higher resolution; the effective photo resolution would be 23 megapixels, compared to 20 megapixels in the GoPro Hero 9 Black. Furthermore, GoPro’s marketing materials are said to talk about HyperSmooth 4.0 for image stabilization. The GoPro Hero 10 Black will also have an automatic upload function to share videos and must be waterproof to a depth of 10 meters. The housing of the camera is similar to that of its predecessor.
