Gigabyte Announces Five New ‘Xtreme Gaming’ Cards
Gigabyte has expanded its range of graphics cards with five new GeForce models in the Xtreme Gaming line. These include two GTX 980 Ti models, one with a water cooler, and a Titan X.
The Xtreme Gaming line consists of six models with the new introductions: a GTX 950 in the series already appeared in September. The series is Gigabyte’s high-end line of cards that focus on overclocking and already feature significantly higher clock speeds.
The new models include a GTX 970, GTX 980, two GTX 980 Ti models and a Titan X. All cards feature Gigabyte’s Windforce 3X cooler with three fans, except for the GV-N98T Xtreme W-6GD, which also comes with a Waterforce water cooler.
Gigabyte says it uses high-quality inductors and capacitors, extensive power supplies and warning LEDs to help the overclockers as much as possible. Prices are not yet mentioned by the company in its announcement.
