Download Firmware Plextor PX-W1210TA

buster sent us the link to a new Firmware for the PX-W1210TA burner from Plextor. It has been some time since there was a Firmware update for this burner. The release notes:

• Special commands for Windows XP blank disc detection and pop-up function

Fixed Bugs:

• Hang up after write error in following combination: EZ CD Creator 4.02 / DAO (Mode1/Mode2)
• Some Compaq PCs did not boot
• While the drive was playing, a read command issued by Ahead’s Nero software could cause the drive to hang

Improvements:

• Read performance for CD-TEXT
