Firmware update: MSI KT4 Ultra (MS-6590) 1.3

MSI has released a new BIOS for the KT4 Ultra motherboard, also known as MS-6590, on its download servers. Most notable change in this new release, which has been given the version number 1.3, is support for CPUs with the new AMD Barton core. This is the included changelog:
