Download Firmware Draytek Vigor 2900 2.5.4rc2

PreviousAccountDevNull has found new beta firmware for the Draytek 2900 routers on Draytek’s Australian site. This time it concerns the second release candidate of the 2.5.4 branch. The update is up this server as a zip file and takes up about 1.29 megabytes. The file packed in the archive does not inherit the current configuration of the router, but restores the factory settings. Below is a portion of the release notes quoted:

2. Be capable of securely accessing the WebUI to configure the router via HTTPS protocol

– Improve the VPN compatibility with Cisco router

[Corrected Problem]

– Correct the reboot problem when type log -wt
– Correct the ISDN BOD function
– Correct the display error in CLI. “mngt httpport” should show “Http port” instead of “Telnet port”
– Support L2TP over IPSec from MacOS X to Vigor router
