Download Driver For XGI Volari V3 Reactor 1.13 WHQL

On the XGI download page, Thandor found new drivers for the Volari V3 video card in the form of version 1.13 WHQL. The drivers are from this page for Windows Me, Windows 2000, and Windows XP and takes up 3.95 or 4.40 megabytes of disk space. It is unknown what Volari changed in the 1.13 release.
