Download Driver For Realtek RTL8139 1.30.611
Realtek has released new drivers for the network cards equipped with the RTL8139 chip. The drivers only work on Windows 98/Me/2k/XP and are bundled in a zip file of approximately 2.1 megabytes. What Realtek has changed in the drivers is unfortunately unknown.
