Download Driver For Intel PRO/Wireless 2200/2915 1.0.3

On one of the pages at Sourceforge, the developers are working with Intel on Linux drivers for the Intel PRO/Wireless 2200 and the Intel PRO/Wireless 2915, two network cards found in some Centrino laptops. The drivers work on Linux with kernel version 2.6.4 or higher and require the Wireless Tools for Linux† The version number has now arrived at 1.0.3 and has the following changes:

• Fix #609 problem if SUSPEND2 included on kernels that do not support the _BUILTIN defines.
• Fix #556 by changing ‘make install’ target path to /lib/modules/`uname -r`/drivers/net/wireless instead of /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/net/wireless

• Fixed problem with led module parameter being described as ‘auto_create’
