Driver update: ATi Radeon 4.13.7097 (Win9x)

Radeon card owners using Windows 95, 98 or Me can: this site download a new beta driver. They are almost 9MB in size, dated March 23, and they fix quite a few important things, but can also cause problems for TV-Out users:
