Disney shows a first trailer for The Book of Boba Fett, a spin-off of Star Wars series The Mandalorian. The series about bounty hunter Boba Fett can be seen on streaming platform Disney+ from December 29.
The Book of Boba Fett revolves around the adventures of the eponymous bounty hunter and mercenary Fennec Shand. Those characters were already partly discussed in the second season of The Mandalorian. In the credits of the last episode of that series, it was already announced that The Book of Boba Fett would come.
Disney is now showing a first trailer for the series, which can be seen on the Disney+ streaming service from December 29. It is not clear whether all episodes will be online at the same time, or whether an episode will be released per week. Disney did the latter with the earlier series about the Mandalorian.
A third season of The Mandalorian is also in the works. Filming started in October and the series will be shown on Disney+ at the end of 2022. The first two seasons appeared at the end of 2019 and the end of 2020 respectively.
