Consumers’ association receives most complaints about provider Online.nl

The largest number of complaints received by the Consumer Association’s complaints platform last year was about provider Online.nl. Since November 2014, the association has received more than 2000 complaints about the company on the Klachtenkompas.nl site.

The Consumers’ Association received an average of forty complaints about Online.nl every week, the association reports. The majority of complaints about Online.nl are due to the fact that the services cannot be delivered without problems. Mistakes would be made when transferring new customers who are persuaded to switch from other providers to Online.nl, after which in some cases telephone, internet or television work poorly for days.

According to the association, the best provider is Solcon with an 8.1 on a scale of 10. Online.nl is well below that with a 6.6. The ‘solution-oriented’ of customer service is especially bad. Furthermore, the provider also scores the worst when it comes to speed
