Asus introduces new 17.3″ laptops for gamers in the Benelux

Asus has announced that it will expand its laptop lineup with the addition of the ROG GL752 and G752. Where the GL752 is mainly a larger version of the previously released GL552, the G752 is a completely new design.

The G752 is the successor to the G751. For this, both the inside and the outside have been updated. The laptop has an Intel Core i7 6700HQ processor and 16GB of RAM. For the video card, you can choose between the Nvidia Geforce GTX 970M 3G and the GTX 980m 4G. A decision must also be made about the storage space. It is available in the form of a 1TB hard drive with a 256GB SSD or with a 512GB SSD. The 17.3 “screen has a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and uses Gsync. The battery of the laptop is one of 88Wh.

The GL752 is a 17.3″ variant of the ROG GL552. The rest of the laptop is the same as its smaller counterpart. Both have an Intel Core i7 6700HQ and a GTX 960M 2G. For RAM there is the option for 8 or 16GB In terms of storage space, you can choose between a 1TB HDD only or a 1TB HDD with a 128GB SSD.The laptop also contains a 48Wh battery.

Both new laptops have a USB-C port, three USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI connection, an SD card reader and an Ethernet port. The G752 has an additional display port. The G752 costs between 1999 and 2499 euros, depending on the chosen specifications. Prices for the GL752 start at 1099 euros. All versions are expected in early February.
