Software update: PlaySMS 0.6

PlaySMS is a gateway application that allows SMS messages to be received, sent and forwarded. In addition, you can receive information from your server with SMS commands and execute configured scripts. This requires an environment with Apache, MySQL and PHP. The developers recently released version 0.6 and let us know the following:

Release notes:

Contains kannel supports, major changes on some part of the codes and tables naming, fix on security and bugs. Not to mention enhancements everywhere.
You should get this release.

Changes:

• Add parameter ‘last’ for specifying Last SMS log ID on ws.php (delivery status)
• Introducing new convention on tables name: featXxxxx[_yyyyy] eg: featCommand, featCommand_log
• Major changes on tables name, sql file for database upgrade available
• Major changes on coding style and some structures (config.php, menu.php, menu_admin.php)
• Include’s are stored on $apps_path[incs]
• Add javascript character counter on send sms form (based on Yoan Talagrand works)
• Add new gateway module for Kannel (based on Eugene Trotsan works, modified by Anton)
• Fix delete poll’s, mixed up between $poll, $poll_name and $poll_title
• Fix typos, “your usernama” should be “your username” and some other
• Fix $sms_sender and $mobile mixed up in lib/custom_function.php causing sender number empty
• Fix error on hybrid gateway module, extra $ found at query string password on gw_send_sms() causing authentication failed (thx to frankster on the forum)
• Done changes on file README, INSTALL and FAQ
