Download Driver For Creative Audigy 2 ZS Notebook 02.08.0004

The developers at Creative Technology have released a new driver for the Audigy 2 ZS Notebook sound card, giving it 02.08.0004 as the version number. This sound card uses the PCMCIA interface that can be found in every modern laptop and has all the features that can be expected from a modern sound card, 192kHz 24-bit 7.1 sound and hardware support for Dolby Digital EX and DTS ES. To top it all off, this sound card is also THX certified. What exactly has changed in the drivers remains unclear due to the lack of a clear announcement or a list of changes. This download contains an improved version of the driver found on the Sound Blaster® Audigy 2 ZS Notebook installation CD. It also supports Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional x64 Edition.

Creative Audio Console
The application enables you to use the Sound Blaster Audigy® 2 ZS Notebook features and functions.

Requirements:

• Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP Service Pack 2, or Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
• Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Notebook audio device

Notes:

• This download will uninstall the drivers for your existing audio device before proceeding with the installation.
• After updating your driver, download and install Creative MediaSource™ DVD-Audio Player DVDA_PCApp_LB_2_00_75.exe.
