Xiaomi unveils Redmi Note 13 series on September 21 for Chinese market

Xiaomi will showcase its Redmi Note 13 series in China on September 21. The line-up consists of three devices: the Note 13, Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+. The most expensive model will reportedly have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5k resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Redmi itself announced this via the Chinese social medium Weibo that the Note 13 series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra soc. There would also be a Mali-G610 GPU. The smartphones are also equipped with a 200-megapixel main camera. It is an Isocell HP3 sensor from Samsung, probably with an aperture of f/1.65.

According to rumors the standard Note 13 and Note 13 Pro are equipped with a 5120mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. The Pro+ will reportedly have a smaller 5000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. In addition, there would be 6, 8 or 12GB of RAM, as well as storage configurations between 128GB and 1TB.

The Redmi Note 13 smartphones will probably be released in China first. They may come to the Benelux at a later date, as was the case with the Note 12 series. The Redmi Note 13 may be priced just under 19,000 Indian Rupees, which is approximately 215 euros. The Note 13 Pro+ costs 25,000 Indian rupees, which amounts to approximately 282 euros.
