The iOS version of What Remains of Edith Finch works as described in the App Store on a limited number of Apple devices. If you want to play the game on a phone, you need at least an iPhone 7 and as far as regular iPads are concerned, that must be at least a 2021 model, an iPad Air from 2019, or an iPad Pro from 2017 or newer.

What Remains of Edith Finch is a storytelling fantasy game first released in 2017 for PC, Xbox and PlayStation consoles. Later, a Nintendo Switch version was also released. The game is highly regarded by both reviewers and users. On Metacritic, the score is about 90 points. The game from developer Giant Sparrow received the prize for best story at the annual Game Awards in the year of its release.

The game costs 5 euros in the App Store. That is a lot cheaper than the versions for PC and consoles, which cost 20 euros. The content of the game is the same. The Unfinished Swan was also released for iOS at the end of last year. That game was made by the same developer.
